Important Instructions

To receive and use society items, the following instructions must be followed.

Rules and Conditions

The member who takes the items is responsible for returning them.
Take items only as per requirement.
In case of any damage or loss, the borrower must pay the cost.
In case of a funeral, items may be used for up to five days.
For weddings and other events, items may be used for only two days.
Anyone using utensils is responsible for cleaning them.
Items must be returned clean and tidy.
Using fireworks (anar or any other) under tents is strictly prohibited.
Use carpets where people sit without shoes.
If using carpets on raw/rough ground, place a protective sheet underneath.
Do not use carpets or mats on wet areas.
Do not send food outside (to workers/relatives) using welfare utensils so items can be returned on time.
These items are limited to the community only.
When returning items, please contribute a donation as per your capacity to support welfare (donation is not required for funerals; optional, but for weddings/happy occasions, donation is necessary).
